Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

The inside temperature is different from the display’s set temperature.

There is an electric sensor that adjusts the temperature of the inside storage compartments according

to the display’s selected temperature setting. However, the actual temperature

may vary +/- 2 ℃ (tolerance range) since the set temperature is a reference and not the actual temperature.

When the ccomo refrigerator first powers on, or the door opens frequently, or the door

stays open for long periods of time, or when additional items are added to the storage

compartments, the inside temperature will rise requiring more time to reach the set

temperature. Please note that the first time ccomo refrigerator is powered, it will take

approximately 120 minutes to go from 25℃ to 10℃ and approximately 8 hours to cool from 25℃ to 5℃.

The accuracy of many readily available thermometers is not high, so please keep in mind

the temperature readings from these thermometers may vary from the actual temperature

of the refrigerator.
